Job Description:

Due to a long time employee's upcoming retirement and expected company growth, we are looking for a motivated individual (or two) to join our team as a sales consultant. Your primary job duties will include developing a relationship with customers, discussing what they are looking for in a vehicle, showing them different cars on our sales floor that offer features they want and need, such as convenience or luxury upgrades and colors, then explaining pricing and financing options. Your goal is to provide a positive sales experience and ensure the customer is happy with their purchase. When not working with walk-in customers, you will develop and pursue leads through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms. Familiarity with customer relationship management software is a definite plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Lockwood Motors in Marshall MN is looking to hire an Assistant Business Manager. This person will work closely with our business director to help customers complete their paperwork in a timely and professional manner. This position has many daily duties which include, but are not limited to:

Preparing paperwork, contracts and deals compliant with local, state, and federal laws.

Maintain confidentiality with all customer statements and information

Work with approved banks and credit unions to finance customers with their vehicle purchase

Offer products that enhance their vehicle ownership experience.

Complete state titling & licensing documents on behalf of the customer

Maintain a professional appearance and have excellent communication skills

In this job you will be responsible for looking up parts and accessories for our technicians, salespeople, and retail customers. Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
